NEW YORK – April 11, 2018 – KoreConX, the first, secure, all-in-one platform for private companies to manage their capital market activity and stakeholder communications, announces Kiran Garimella, Ph.D., as its chief scientist and chief technology officer. Leading the development and strategy for the KoreConX platform, Garimella will help integrate blockchain and implement the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) for greater efficiency within the software.

Garimella brings more than 25 years experience in information technology, consulting and financial services. Prior to joining KoreConX, Kiran was a global CIO and chief architect at General Electric (GE) and vice president and chief evangelist for BPM at Software AG. At GE, Kiran facilitated the growth of the P&L from $2.2B in 2001 to $8.0B in 2006. At Software AG, he supported the business development of a $100M practice and provided consulting services and thought leadership to senior-level executives in over 20 countries.

Garimella has a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence and machine learning from the University of Florida. He is the recipient of the Circle of Excellence “Best of the Best” award from Capital One and management awards from GE. In addition, he is a highly sought out keynote speaker and author of “The Power of Process: Unleashing the Source of Competitive Advantage” and “BPM Basics for Dummies.”
