An international expert of crowd funding, and beside my consulting activity, I am currently Chairman of the Italian Equity Crowdfunding Association and Chairman of the Scientific Committee of ASSOFINTECH. I wrote in Italian and English several books about fintech, many articles and spoke in several conferences all over the world. I am actively involved with advise for crowdfunding platforms and crowdfunded companies and projects.

Alessandro has served as board member and C.E.O. in several companies involved in high technology industry and venture capital in Italy, Germany, Luxembourg and U.K..

Appointed as Legal Expert of the Italian Environment Ministry from 1996 for 10 years, I joined a team working on sustainable economic innovation, taking care of regulatory documents; I also advised other public entities involved in the management of historical and cultural heritage and thereafter focused on government relations for new businesses.
