Take a user-centric “design thinking” approach to creative problem solving, including tackling difficult problems by actually talking to customers, user testing, and responding proactively to feedback.
Work with our team to build industry-leading product design experiences that inspire our existing team and rally support for best practices and cutting-edge theory across the company.
Be prepared to take your passion for UI/UX design and apply it at every level, from a form field all the way up to a holistic re-design of our entire product line.

Intro Call / Portfolio walkthrough – a video call with the design lead to discuss the role and go over your background. Please be prepared to talk through some of your most notable projects in your portfolio via screen share.
Take-Home Assignment – a realistic problem to solve. This will help us understand your approach to design.
Project presentation / Team Interview – you’ll have the opportunity to present your project and meet the team. This is also where you have the chance to interview us.
