Sales Development Representative (SDR)

This position will drive the company’s achievement of stated customer acquisition and revenue targets in support of strategic business goals.  The successful candidate will collaborate with the full management team to identify opportunities and deliver market-leading solutions and business value to KoreConX’s clients.

 

BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE

  • In the capital markets in particular Investor Relations services  
  • Online sales experience in B2B, Capital Markets, Financial Services, Investor Relations, Shareholders services, Security Tokens, Tokenization

 

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Drive the development and execution of North American, Europe and ASIA sales strategies.  
  • Align sales strategies with marketing strategies to establish and execute channel and distribution strategies and programs.
  • Align sales strategies with marketing strategies to develop and execute lead programs.
  • Manage overall online sales process and operations including setting appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets to meet company targets and goals.
  • Lead direct sales efforts in initial start up phase to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify and assess customer needs and financial opportunities for new products and services.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Established relationships with potential customers and channel partners.  
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive-level customers and partners.
  • Proven sales track record in a new product/new market environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with a specific sales methodology, sales funnel management.
  • Experience in choosing, deploying and using sales software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building).
  • Ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
  • A self-starter, capable of identifying new opportunities and initiating a dialogue.
