Our company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to help us improve the experience of our Clients. You will accomplish this by training and supporting our Clients.  We will train you on our specific business operations and arm you with product knowledge, but you should have experience in business management, particularly with Client support systems, such as client relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems. 

Client Success Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

  • Improve and sustain relationships with our clients
  • Improve and sustain business growth
  • Use data collection and analysis to improve the Client experience
  • Train Clients, onboarding, training
  • Implement specific strategies for Client service
  • Work with Sales, Marketing and Transfer team to meet the client expectations

Client Success Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong Communications skills
  • Excited & Motivated in helping clients
  • Able to work remote
  • Client support experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration
