We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Client Success team at KoreConX. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for training and supporting clients and users.
We offer comprehensive training on our specific business operations and equip you with the product knowledge you need to excel. This remote position allows you to perform all of your duties from your home office. Candidates are required to have a reliable computer and internet access.
Client Success Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Training and Support: Provide training via video calls to educate and support clients on the effective use of our products/services.
- Working with our Transfer Agent team, data inputting
- User Training and support: Provide support via a ticketing system to users.
- Provide timely and up-to-date communication to address any reported issues.
Requirements:
- Experience with Client support systems, such as client relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems is an asset
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage your workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs.
